1. Features
DBG-40B steel rib stripping and rolling straight thread machine tool is the key equipment for processing ribbed steel bar rolling straight thread head processing in construction engineering.
This machine tool can complete steel rib stripping and rolling thread processing in one clamping. The processed steel thread is completely higher than the 6f level precision requirement of JGJ107-2010.
This machine is not only compact in structure, easy to operate, safe and reliable, but also has a unique stepless adjustment structure of rib stripping device and roller device.
This machine can also process standard thread, reverse thread, and long thread.
2. Structure
DBG-40B steel rib stripping and rolling straight thread machine tool is composed of frame, vise, guide rod, slide plate, reducer assembly, rib stripping and rolling head, cooling system, electrical control system and other parts.

4. How to use:
(1) Preparation before processing
1. Turn on the power
2. Check the coolant in the cooling box (oily coolant is strictly prohibited)
(2) Empty test run
1. Rotate the water pump button to check whether the cooling water pump works normally.
2. Press the forward, reverse and stop buttons to check whether the electrical control system of the whole machine is working normally.
3. Adjust the position of the travel switch contact according to the specifications of the processed steel bars. (See Table 4 for details)
(3) Debugging;
1. According to the diameter of the processed steel bar, select the corresponding size of the thread rolling wheel. The relationship between the thread rolling wheel and the diameter of the processed steel bar is shown in Table 1:

3. Select the corresponding test rod and adjust the size of the rib stripping device and the rolling wheel device. (The big end of the test rod is to adjust the size of the stripped rib, and the small end of the test rod is to adjust the size of the thread)
4. According to the specifications of the steel bars to be processed, adjust the position of the rib stripping stroke block to ensure that the rib stripping length reaches the required value. The relationship between stripped rib length and steel bar specification is shown in Table 3:

5. According to the specifications of the processed steel bars, adjust the position of the travel switch pressure block to ensure that the effective length of the rolling thread reaches the required value. The relationship between the effective length of the thread and the specification of the steel bar is shown in Table 4

(4) Workpiece clamping
Put the steel bar to be processed on the jaw of the vise, the protruding length should be aligned with the end face of the rib stripping blade of the rolling head at the starting position, and then pull the handle to clamp.
(5) Operation process
1. Turn on the power, start the water pump, press the main motor button, you can turn the feed handle, and feed in the direction of the workpiece to achieve cutting. When the rib stripping length reaches the requirement, the rib stripping knife will automatically expand, and turn the handle to continue feeding , can realize thread rolling, when the thread rolling wheel is in contact with the steel bar, use a little force, and make the main shaft rotate one circle, feed a pitch length in the axial direction, when the feed reaches a certain level, automatic feed can be realized until the whole After the rolling process is completed, it will automatically stop and then automatically reverse to realize automatic knife retraction.
2. When the automatic knife retraction is completed, turn the feed handle clockwise to return the rolling head to the initial position, and the machine stops automatically. At this time, the rib stripping tool automatically resets, and the processed workpiece can be removed.
3. Check the quality of the processed steel bar thread with a ring and no-go gauge.
4. Rolling anti-wire:
(1) Exchange the phase sequence of any two-phase incoming power supply
(2) Place the six eccentric sleeves on the front and rear plates in the machine head at 180° in reverse (the three eccentric sleeves on the rear plate must be removed before the eccentric shaft can be reversed).
(3) Swap the front and rear gaskets (1# and 3# both) of the two sets of rollers back and forth.
(4) Complete the assembly according to the original, and adjust the size of the cutter and the roller device.
5. When rolling the anti-thread, press the forward rotation button, turn the feed handle to feed towards the workpiece to realize cutting. When the length of rib stripping reaches the requirement, the rib stripping knife will automatically expand. When the thread rolling wheel contacts the steel bar, Use a little force, and make the main shaft rotate a circle, and feed a pitch length axially. When the feed reaches a certain level, automatic feed can be realized, until the entire rolling process is completed, it will stop automatically. Then reverse to realize automatic tool retraction and reset.
(6) Tool and roller replacement
1. After the rib stripping knife cuts a certain amount of steel bars, the blade will become blunt. At this time, the rib stripping knife should be removed, and the front edge of the knife should be ground to 0.2-0.3mm (sharpening the top surface of the knife is strictly prohibited), and it can be installed after installation. reuse.
2. When the edge of the rib stripping knife cracks and cannot be cut normally, a new blade can be replaced.
3. After the thread rolling wheel has rolled a certain number of thread heads, due to wear or tooth shape damage, when the qualified thread heads cannot be rolled out, a new thread rolling wheel must be replaced to ensure the quality of the thread.
4. When replacing a new thread rolling wheel, the washer for adjusting the thread pitch must not be installed correctly, otherwise it cannot be used.
5. Matters needing attention
1. The cooling liquid must be water-soluble cooling liquid.
2. It is strictly forbidden to roll and process threads without coolant.
3. The ends of the steel bars to be processed should be flat and must be cut with a toothless saw. And within the 100mm length of the end, it should be round and straight, no bending is allowed, and the end of the gas cutting or cutting machine is not allowed to be directly processed.
4. The feed should be uniform during the initial cutting, and do not advance sharply to prevent the blade from cracking.
5. The guide rod, slide plate and mechanical limit device should be cleaned and oiled regularly.
6. Iron filings should be cleaned up in time every day.
7. The cooling liquid tank is cleaned once every half month.
8. The reducer should be refueled regularly to maintain the specified oil level.
9. Straight thread machine tools should be maintained regularly.
10. When the casing is working, it must be checked every day for reliable zero connection or grounding.
