    Machine Features:

When processing sleeves with different pitches, you only need to replace the left and right screw and nuts on the main shaft, and replace them with the screw nuts with the same pitch as the taps you process the sleeves, and adjust the height of the left and right main shafts to be equal. Simple and convenient, no need for multiple equipment operations, reducing production equipment costs and site costs for users

    2. Machine operation steps:

    1. First, select the corresponding tap according to the specifications of the sleeve, install the tap in the spindle sleeve, press the [manual up button] to raise the spindle to a safe position, and then manually press the [air cylinder release/clamp button on the operation panel Tight key】Release the cylinder and return it. Then put the sleeve material to be processed on the fixture pallet, press the [air cylinder release/clamp key] on the operation panel to clamp the sleeve, and then [lightly press the jog] [manual down key] on the operation panel 】Lower the tap to a safe distance of 4~6mm between the end face of the sleeve and the end face of the tap. With the tap as the center, adjust the adjusting screws on both sides of the fixture with a wrench, and align the center of the inner hole of the sleeve with the center of the tap so that the centers of the two coincide with each other. Then move the magnetic switch installed in the [middle position] of the clamping cylinder, with the tail of the cylinder as the reference direction, slowly move in the direction of tightening the cylinder, until the signal is sensed by the magnetic switch and the magnetic cylinder, when the [red light] is just on , and then continue to move forward 0.5-2mm to stop the fastening screw. Then press the [manual up key] on the operation panel to lift the tap to a distance of 10-15mm from the end surface of the workpiece, and then adjust the upper and outer cylinders of the spindle screw [upper proximity switch to brighten]. Then press the [air cylinder release/clamp key] on the operation panel to release and return the air cylinder. Then press the [air cylinder release/clamp button] on the operation panel to clamp the cylinder without material, and then move the [magnetic switch at the front of the cylinder to the direction of the fixture] slowly to the direction of the fixture and the magnetic cylinder senses the signal to light up red When the light is turned on, continue to move to the position where the magnetic switch light is about to go out and cannot be turned off, and tighten the screws]. It needs special explanation: There are three magnetic switches on the clamping cylinder. The frontmost magnetic switch is the cylinder piston rod protruding out and also depends on the direction of the clamp. This magnetic switch is an alarm signal for lack of material. The magnetic switch in the middle position is the signal indication when there is material, and the magnetic switch at the rear end of the cylinder is the signal indication when the piston rod is retracted. Regardless of the working state of the cylinder, the indicator lights of the magnetic switches on both sides must be on at the same time, otherwise there will be an alarm and no action. After turning on the machine, first test whether the depth of the first piece of tapping reaches the required depth. If the descending depth is not enough, you need to adjust the proximity switch at the lower part of the outer cylinder on the spindle screw and move it down to the required depth. Check the work of the water pump and the water tank. Is the water volume normal?

    2. After confirming the center of the sleeve, press the "Start" button on the operation panel, (a) the coolant water pump starts to work, (b) the hopper cylinder goes down, (c) the feeding cylinder pushes the sleeve into the hopper, (d) the hopper cylinder Ascend, (e) the clamping cylinder clamps the sleeve, (f) the spindle descends, the tap taps, (g) the tapping is completed, the clamping cylinder is released, the sleeve falls into the material frame, and then the above actions are repeated in a cycle

    3. Simple troubleshooting method of the machine:

    1. When the sleeve is tapping, the spindle cannot stop up or down, resulting in overtravel.

    Causes of failure: a. The distance between the proximity switch contact and the metal is too far to be sensed;

    b. The proximity switch is poorly sensitive to external magnetic field interference; c. The proximity switch is broken;

    Solution: re-adjust the distance between the proximity switch and the metal contact, the best sensing distance is 0.5~1m If it still doesn't work, it is recommended to replace the proximity switch.

    2. The sleeve cannot be effectively sent into the hopper when the feeding cylinder is feeding, resulting in the phenomenon of no material processing.

    Causes of failure: a. The intake pressure of the feeding cylinder is too large or too small, and the sleeve is pushed through or cannot enter the hopper at all;

    b. The distance between the feeding chute and the hopper is far or near;

    c. There is a burr on the sleeve, which is stuck in the hopper and cannot go down;

    Solution: Adjust the air intake pressure of the feeding cylinder and the distance between the feeding trough and the hopper, so that the material can be easily pushed into the hopper. As for the burrs on the sleeve, they must be cleaned before processing.

    3. During automatic tapping, the spindle does not work, and an alarm signal appears, which cannot be eliminated.

    Cause of failure: a. When the sleeve is clamped, the magnetic switch indicator light in the middle of the clamping cylinder on both sides is not on, and the system thinks that there is no material in the clamp or the cylinder is in a loose state;

    b. The magnetic switch indicators on the feeding cylinder and hopper cylinder are not on, and the system thinks that there is no feeding, so it cannot work normally.

    Solution: Adjust the positions of the magnetic switches on the clamping cylinder, feeding cylinder, and hopper cylinder. Both clamping and loosening sides must be on at the same time. If not, replace the magnetic switch.
