  • The use and characteristics of the machine:

The equipment for outer circle turning and chamfering is driven by servo motor, ball screw, linear slide rail, etc., controlled by PLC program, with powerful touch screen display, clear visual analysis, manual and automatic switching at one touch. Parameter setting and adjustment are convenient and quick, and can be operated without programming by professional CNC personnel.

    The loading, clamping, turning, chamfering, and unloading of the workpiece are all controlled by the program, with high degree of automation, and each person can operate multiple sets, which minimizes labor costs and improves production efficiency;

    Machine working principle:

    Under the action of gravity, the workpiece (sleeve) automatically rolls to the designated position on the feeding mechanism, and then is pushed to the processing position by the feeding cylinder or (oil cylinder). At this time, the program sends an instruction to the clamping cylinder or (oil cylinder) to The workpiece is clamped, the feeding cylinder or (oil cylinder) is returned, and the PLC system sends instructions to the servo motor to perform turning and chamfering on the outer circle of the workpiece. Location. The PLC will issue the instruction for the next cycle.

     

    Machine installation and commissioning:

    1. Select the location as the foundation according to the actual situation;

    2. Pre-embedded bolts and level calibration;

    3. Check the motor of the machine, pneumatic or (hydraulic);

    4. Whether the moving parts such as bearings are normal;

    5. Add lubricating oil to the lubricating parts;

    6. Within 3 meters of the power supply wiring of the equipment, there must be zero connection and grounding;
